Tarts & Pies Class

Cheese Tart Baking Class - Hands-on

Learn making the crispy pastry with the delicious cheese filling as well as making the chocolate ganache. You'll learn on how to deco the cheese tart too. Bring home all the tarts baked....

Fees : RM60.00 per participant (max of 6 participants per session)








PIES Baking Class

Age: 13 above

Menu:
1. Apple Pie
2. Sheperd Pie

Time: 9.30 am to 4.00 pm
Fees: RM150 per participant (max of 6 participants per session)

Included in each workshop class are all tools, ingredients, recipes, yummy snack and more. Each student will finish class with a pie hot from the oven or ready to bake at home.

Cupcakes Class

The “A to Z” Cupcakes Baking & Deco Class
Age : 13 above
Time: 9.30 am to 4.30 pm
Tools, ingredients & lunch are provided.

Learn from A on how to weigh the ingredients, mix, bake, make the icing, and decorate the cupcakes using different kind of nozzles. You’ll use chocolate ganache, piping gel and fondant in decorating as well. 16 cupcakes to be taken home at the end of the class.
Fees: RM160 per participant (max 5 participants per session)

We have produced many students who are now enjoying baking at home, some of them even doing part-time business as cupcake crafters....

Kids Cupcakes Deco Class

Kids in actions..

Having problem on how to fill in your kid’s time during school holiday? Register them to our hands-on, fun cupcake decorating classes. The classes will be held at Taman Saujana Indah, Bukit Katil. All ingredients and supplies will be provided, including some light refreshments.
School Holiday Classes
--> Fun Kids Cupcakes Deco Class
Age: 8-12
Duration: 3 hours (9.30 am to 12.30 am)

Your kids will learn on how to colour buttercream, which they will use to frost their cupcakes. They’ll learn to use colour sprinkles, piping gel as well as edible pearls & images. Each of the kids will bring home 8 uniquely decorated cuppies. Tools & ingredients are provided. Please bring camera to snap the happy moments together.
Fees: RM 50 per participant (max 7 participants per session). Class will start once we have minimum of 4 students.
